Near finished through-hulls.
These are just lacking o-ring grooves inside, and then they'll be ready for installation. These mechanical through-hull fittings allow us to have a moveable bar that penetrates the hull. This will allow us to turn a handle inside the sub, and have a lever move on the outside. (For operating valves, dropping ballast weights, etc)
