Is that a nice cut or what?
The plasma cutter is mounted stationary and the stainless plate now rotates under it giving a very nice round cut. The outer edge has been cut, and now the inner edge is being cut. The 'ring' is what will be used for the viewport retainers. See the "Media" section for short videos of the cutting.
